Passes, refunds, filming and the small print.

01. About these terms
These terms apply to passes for Settle 27, organised by Settle Events Ltd (demo company). By buying a pass, you accept them.
02. Your pass
A pass is for one named person and gives access to the parts of the event listed for its tier. Keep your badge visible at the venue.
03. Prices and payment
Prices are shown without UK VAT, which is added at checkout. Passes are paid in full when you book, or by invoice for orders of three passes or more.
04. Refunds
Full refund up to 60 days before the event, 50% up to 30 days before. After that, passes are not refundable but can be transferred.
05. Transfers
You can transfer your pass to a colleague free of charge up to 48 hours before doors open.
06. Programme changes
Speakers and sessions may change. If a speaker cancels, we replace the session where we can; this does not give a right to a refund.
07. Filming and photography
Sessions are recorded and the venue is photographed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos and videos of the event. Tell the team at the door if you prefer not to be photographed and we will give you a different lanyard.
08. Code of conduct
Everyone at Settle follows the code of conduct. We may remove anyone who breaks it, without a refund.
09. If we cancel
If we cancel the event, we refund your pass in full. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
