01. Who we are
Settle is organised by Settle Events Ltd (demo company), London. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website, our ticketing and the event itself.
02. What we collect
When you buy a pass, we collect your name, email address, company, job title and the pass you chose. Our ticketing and payment providers collect your payment details; we never see your full card number.
At the event, we may take photos and video of the stages and common areas. When you visit this website, we collect basic, anonymous usage data.
03. Why we collect it
To issue your pass and badge, to let you into the venue, to send you practical information before and after the event, to answer your messages and, if you agree, to tell you about the next edition.
04. Legal basis
The contract between us when you buy a pass, your consent for marketing emails, and our legitimate interest in running a safe event and improving it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
05. Partners and matchmaking
We never sell attendee lists. Partners only receive your details if you choose to share them, for example by booking a meeting or attending their side event.
06. How long we keep it
We keep attendee data for 24 months after the event, so we can invite you to the next one. Invoices are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.
07. Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers store data in the United States or the European Union. These transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
08. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or ask for a copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
09. Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
